內容	本(2014)年度第58屆CSW會議優先主題定為「為婦女和女童落實千禧年發展目標的挑戰和成就」(Challenges and Achievements in the Implementation of the Millennium Development Goals for Women & Girls)」，在千禧年發展目標(MDGs)達成年—2015年前，由會員國檢討在千禧年發展目標下對於婦女與女童權益促進之現況、挑戰及未來發展；2015年亦屆北京行動綱領(BPfA)執行20年(Beijing plus 20，Beijing+20)，會議亦綜融性探討國際社會在BPfA方面之進展。
