摘要：

本研究旨在探討臺東區農村原住民婦女在農業技能及生活技能的學習狀況，結果顯示以生活技能學習動機強於農業技能。此外原住民農村婦女基本特性中以年齡、教育程度、農會等會影響原住民農村婦女的學習動機。本研究希望原住民婦女藉由終身學習達到自我實現的目標，研究成果將提供家政推廣教育之參考。;This study aimed to investigate the rural Aboriginal women in the agricultural skills and life skills learning conditions in Taitung area. It ?showed motivation to learn life skills is stronger than agricultural skills. In addition, the basic characteristics of rural women in Aboriginal age, education level, Farmers’ Association will be influenced by indigenous rural women's motivation to learn. We hope that aboriginal women can achieve the objectives of self-realization by life-long learning and the result of this study will provide as a reference for the promotion of home economics education.
