摘要：

＆nbsp;＆nbsp;＆nbsp;＆nbsp;＆nbsp;本研究計畫目標為(1)瞭解臺東地區農村婦女在農業技能及生活技能的學習狀況(2)探討居住社區不同及個人因素不同對農村婦女學習狀況之差異性。重要工作項目包含文獻分析、問卷調查、報告撰寫等。本研究希望農村婦女藉由終身學習達到自我實現的目標，此外研究成果將作家政推廣教育之參考。＜BR＞＜BR＞;＆nbsp;＆nbsp;＆nbsp;＆nbsp;＆nbsp;This research project goals are as follows (1) to know what conditions the rural women learn the agricultural skills and life skills at Taitung, (2) differencial impact of community and individual factor on the rural women learning. This study is based on literature analysis, questionnaires and report composition. we hope that the rural women will achieve self-realization because of lifelong learning, in addition the research results will make reference of the household extension education.＜BR＞＜BR＞
