摘要：

個體時間序列資料的應用價值早已獲國際學術界肯定,因此國內若能建立一套有系統的個體時間序列資料庫(panel data set),不但有助於提昇國內實證研究的水準,對於政府相關政策的長期評估亦有相當助益,因此本研究之主旨在規劃並建立一套涵蓋健康與職業病,所得與社會流動,以及勞動等主題之追蹤調查資料庫。基此,本研究首先參考國外主要的個體時間序列資料之經驗,及國內現有相關調查的特色,並配合本研究之宗旨設計調查問卷。第一次預試顯示調查問卷初稿之問題所在,例如題意不清而影響答題意願,及答題邏輯等問題。針對這些問題修改調查問卷內容後,再進行第二次預試。由第二次預試調查結果的分析與討論,本研究發現問卷基本內容如題意明確度等問題已較少,但長期追蹤調查內容之規劃則較為不足,因此在正式調查之規劃工作方面,除加強這部分的探討,以擬定主要問卷與調查頻率之外,並就長期追蹤調查特有的樣本存留問題進行討論。最後則以「婦女勞動力」為例說明個體時間序列資料庫的應用價值。;The usefulness of panel data has been well recognized. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to set up a panel data set containing major variables in the subject of "Health", "Earnings", "Social Mobility" and "Labor Supply". During the first-year research period, we began with survey questionnaire designing based on domestic and foreign experiences of related surveys. We then conducted the first pre-test. The results of this pre-test indicated some problems in the questionnaire designing. We therefore modified the questionnaire to solve these problems and then conducted the second pre-test. The results of the second pre-test suggested that there is little problems concerning the contents of the questionnaire. However, more work need to be done about the longitudinal survey planning such as follow-up frequency and attrition prevention scheme. These will be the major task of this project during the second-year research period. Finally, we conclude with a brief discussion of the application value of panel data to the research on "female labor force".
