在許多學術工作專注於探討家務分工上如何不平等或有何變化之際,建立雙親於育兒角色上的性別平等教育及其實踐的模式,是我近年來關注的學術重點。本計畫擬達到以下研究目的:一,嘗試以父母成長團體方式,同時從父親與母親角度,了解父親育兒生活脈絡與角色扮演處境,以進行並完成父職教育的需求評估。二,嘗試以深度訪談方式,同時從父親與母親角度,了解父親育兒生活脈絡與角色扮演處境,以進行並完成父職教育的需求評估。三,以上述兩項成果為基礎,再以焦點團體座談,聚焦父職教育的實施內容如何建立性別平等意識之觀念與行動,並研發父職教育教材。 執行本計畫可以增進科技領域之性別相關議題研究,亦可以提升我對性別議題的新視野。我希望在性別主流化的諸多議題中,除了關注婦女或男女議題外,應更重視多元文化社會下的性別關係與互動,同時注重非優勢團體的性別觀與行動。因此,在育兒工作的性別平等意識的研究下,希望對目前仍以女性為主要育兒角色的現象提出更多研究資料,建立同時具備多元文化、性別平等意識的父職教育教材,以突破既有的性別分工框架,落實具有真實生活脈絡的性別平等。;There are a lot of researches that focus on the unequal division of labor in family. I found the discourse of ‘New Good Father’ is still embedded in the ‘instrumental role’. The related reports of paradigm of fathers emphasize their ‘instrumental role’ especially. This is still an important phenomenon in gender relation today. So, it is important to me to rebuild the models and practices to gender equity education to parents under the multicultural family. My points of parenting education must focus on gender culture in parenting role that assess not only mother’ parenting, but also father’ parenting, and focus on the comparison between fathers’ and mothers’ parenting. In this project, I will be held parents support groups and focus group interview for twelve families. They are come from different socio-economic status, and they all have preschool child. These learning projects could provide learning opportunities to them to reshape the needs and feelings in parenting, also the couple view of the parenting role to each other. This is my way to research the materials fatherhood education in the context of different fathering and their real life way. br>This project will be helpful to promote the development of science and technology in gender issue study, also promote my new horizon to gender culture and its social practice. The gender equity education should pay attention to multicultural families which gender relations are variations and meaningful to themselves. I look forward to this plan can make more different perspectives to think gender division structure in child care in multicultural father, mother and their family life.
