摘要：

近年來農村婦女角色功能愈趨多元，以有形及無形的方式舉足輕重影響農業和鄉村的發展，開發農村婦女的人力資源，促進不斷終身學習，進而協助農村的永續發展。為讓農村婦女成為農業發展之優質人力資源，需了解她們所具備基礎知能與經歷，方能針對需求提供優質的學習環境與學習課程，因此本研究藉由調查宜蘭及花蓮地區之農村婦女專長技能，透過家政班成員的基礎資料、經歷及技能調查，分析花宜地區農村婦女人力概況，探討影響農村婦女經歷與技能的因素，結果發現農村婦女的「田間栽培」經歷以及「田間技術」、「加工醃製」技能，均會因年齡、家政班資歷、班員教育程度、職業不同都有顯著差異。;In recent years, the role of rural women is diversified. It influence the development in agriculture and country. To be the useful human resource in country, we have to realize the ability and experiences of rural women. Base on their needing, we plan the courses. In this study, we want to know what ability of rural women in Yiland and Hualien. We investigate and analysis the basic information, experiences and ability of rural women. The result of study is that the experience of agriculture, ability of agriculture, process agricultural product significant different in the factors of age, seniority, education and job.
