摘要：

奠基在前兩年的基礎上，本計畫團隊繼續與婦女新知基金會合作。由於婦女新知基金會為非營利組織，未有充足經費打造一專業資料收藏室，多處資料在年代久遠和保存不易的環境之下，都有發黃蝕蛀的危機，亟需數位典藏其出版品刊物。本研究在第一期已將婦女新知基金會累積二十五年以上的至今已出刊了二百八十六期《新知通訊》與五期女性主義思潮與運動討論的《騷動》季刊數位化。執行第二期計畫時，除了《新知通訊》與《騷動》為婦女新知基金會出版品外，亦數位化18本皆僅有紙本留存的議題倡導宣導性，與法律說明性質的出版品刊物，共計18本刊物，239 筆文章數。97 年度第一期之計畫因國科會審核案件公佈通過時間延後，原訂執行期為97/03/01~98/07/31，延後開始時間為97/10/01~98/07/31，減少7 個月作業時間。考量評估後，第一期預計數位化之總量過多，資深婦運者口述歷史，於第一期執行部份後，決定著重保留當年參與者的豐富歷史記憶，以及嘗試捕捉納入不同的生命紀錄觀點，與顧問團隊討論過後，將口述歷史延伸至98 年度第二期擴大典藏。其餘第一期預定之數位化成果將於期限內完成。延伸至第二期執行之資深婦運者口述歷史部份，將接觸資深婦運工作者及研究者，例如對作者群（李元貞、吳嘉麗等）及國內外婦運工作者（尤美女、蘇芊玲、簡扶育等）等20 位做深度訪談、口述歷史以及影音紀錄等，藉此並且培力新世代婦運人才：並且開辦口述歷史工作坊、志工培訓等座談會。除作一般性的資料蒐集外，並將相關資料製作成簡易教材，置入資料平台，提供教學及民眾使用，以擴大婦運資料庫之效益。第三年的數位化與資料庫建置之典藏工作，總計完成1983-2003 年度婦運活動紙本照片約6000 張、通訊照片附註圖說約2000 張、1999-2007 年度報告書8 本，共約8200 筆metadata。本計畫之目的除了透過數位典藏機制來保存婦女新知基金會的珍貴婦運資料之外，亦希望能有助於提高婦運資料的能見度，並促進婦運資料能利用資訊網絡來廣為傳播，讓外界更進一步瞭解婦女運動的歷史與紀錄。本典藏計畫之核心價值包括「婦運價值」：透過媒體資料庫，紀錄婦女運動的社會倡議與婦運發展歷史。使婦運歷史事件、修法運動、性別議題等內容得以較完整地呈現。其次是「歷史價值」：藉由數位典藏，保存婦女新知基金會中，具有重要價值的婦女運動史料，使得過去未被社會熟悉了解，且缺乏組織整理的運動紀錄得以被妥善永久保存，及再利用。同時具有「研究價值」：資料庫的公開檢索，可使現有諸多性別或是社會運動平台來檢索資源，也可提供學者使用以利研究婦女運動。;Following the first and second phase of the project which aim to digitalize 286 ’Awakening Newsletter’, 5 quarterly publications entitled ’Stir’, and record oral history of numerous senior women activists, the goal of the third phase is to digitalize the rest of publications which were used to address women’s issues and to empower women as it is not easy to have paper works well preserved and organized under the humid weather. Therefore, to have the rest of publications digitalized is of great urgency. The third phase of the project will fully covers various women’s issues and broad historical movements in women’s rights. In the third phase of the project, we are going to digitalize about 6000 activity photos during 1983-2003, 2000 published photos of Awakening Newsletter, 9 annual reports during 1999-2007. Thus, the purpose of the third phase is not only trying to digitalize precious records of women’s movements, but raise visibility and increase understanding of feminist issues with the help of digital information display and development.This project hence serves four goals: to transform women’s movement of historical material into digital archive, to build a women’s movement database which is more accessible to the public, to ensure grassroots viewpoint and interpretation on women’s movement and to empower young generation.
